The Bespoke Process
Our mattresses and beds are realized in partnership with heritage bedmakers Hästens and Vispring, craftspeople whose pedigree spans generations of quiet mastery. They spend as much as six hundred hours creating your bespoke mattress, headboard, and divan, according to a specification built around you, and your preferences.
Beds are often tailored for two people, and a zip-and-link or split-tension style of mattress can be made with equal craftsmanship by these old European firms, custom-fit to each person, and even in adjustable-frame format if desired.
The Luxury Bed Collection offers several dozen luxury beds already created in our showrooms. We invite you to slip your shoes off and experience them at your leisure. We offer a private consultation, of two to three unhurried hours spent exploring your lifestyle and sleeping preferences, with nothing left to chance.
If you commission a fully custom piece, your bed is handcrafted in England or Sweden, typically available within two to three months, and brought to you and installed by our white-glove concierge service.
